participants must:

• Be 7 years of age or older

• Have a diagnosis of DMD from a doctor

• Be on a stable dose of oral corticosteroids for at least 8 weeks or not received corticosteroids for at least 30 days

• Have stable cardiac function defined as a change in LVEF less than 15% and no heart failure admission over the last 12 months; LVEF of 35% - 45% by MRI or Echo (or historically documented LVEF 35%-45% and baseline LVEF less than 50%).
